At COCON, our clients health and wellness is of the utmost importance to us.
The Dutch National Institute of Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) has provided some guidelines for a safe experience. We kindly ask you to take note of the rules to ensure your safety:
We ask our guests to reschedule your appointment in case of symptoms such as:
• Nasal cold
• Runny nose
• Sneezing
• Sore throat
• Light cough
• Temperature (from 38 degrees Celsius)
As advised by the RVIM, we kindly ask you to wear a face mask for our mutual safety.
Our Ambassadors have been asked to respect the same rules. In order to maintain maximum safety for our employees and guests, we have implemented the following changes and additional protocols:
• Ambassadors and our clients must wear a facemask during the entirety of the treatment and visit.
• Ambassadors must wash hands and sanitize before and after treatment.
• Ambassadors must sanitize all equipment and tools before and after treatments.
We are taking the following precautions for our Ambassadors to ensure your safety:
• Ambassadors are de-sanitized with alcohol spray and gel upon entering COCON Headquarters.
• Ambassadors won’t work if they or anyone in their household feels ill or needs to self-isolate – we’re asking the same of you when booking.
• We check the temperature of Ambassadors at the beginning of their shift. If an Ambassador has a temperature above 37 degrees, the Ambassador will be sent home.
• If staff or staff household is confirmed to be COVID positive, report immediately and follow all government protocols. COCON must also make a list of all those the customers the staff was in contact with in the past 14 days, and notify them.
