Cancellation Policy

Within 15 minutes of making your booking: Should you make a mistake in your booking, we give you a 15-minute grace period in which you can cancel within the app without any charge just after submitting your booking.

Within 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund via gift card or refund.

More than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% refund via gift card or refund

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Want to change the time or location of your booking? Contact Customer Support via the app, and they’ll do their best to accommodate your request. Please note that in cases where your last-minute changes mean your therapist can no longer make it, we may charge you a cancellation fee in line with the policy above.

SERVICE AREA AND OPENING HOURS

COCON currently only provides services within the Ring in Amsterdam. Travel fees may apply for distances over 15 minutes cycling from Kinkerstraat 70A, based on location.

Treatments can be booked for the hours between 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

COCON Massage

Check if all the details of your booking, such as date, time, treatment & duration, are correct. Let us know of any pre-existing conditions or allergic reactions you’ve had to similar treatments in the past. Share specific directions or instructions for entering your building.

30 minutes before your massage
  • Prepare a place to accommodate the massage table, leaving enough space for the therapist to move around it.
  • Take a hot shower to relax your muscles and get blood circulation going.
  • Stay hydrated! We recommend having a glass of water before your treatment starts.
  • At home, ensure a comfortable temperature that allows you to fully relax.
After

At the end of your session, your massage therapist will give you time and privacy to get dressed. And Our operations team will pick up the equipment

  • Prepare a comfortable place for you to lie down, this could be your bed or couch. Please ensure enough space by the head for the therapist to sit.
  • Please take the time to thoroughly remove all make-up at least 30 minutes before your treatment.
  • At home, ensure a comfortable temperature that allows you to fully relax.
  • Consider the lighting – the brighter the better!

COCON Gift Cards

Usage

You can redeem your gift card fully or partially when making a booking. This can be done either through our app or by contacting one of our customer representatives.

Validity

The Gift card is valid for a period of 2 years after delivery.
