The actual provision of COCON Group’s turnkey spa management, yield optimization, and executive staffing services are governed strictly by individually negotiated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and commercial contracts executed between COCON Group and the respective corporate entity.
2. Consumer Bookings
COCON Group operates luxury spa facilities on behalf of global hotel partners. If you are a consumer seeking to book a wellness treatment, you must do so directly through the respective hotel’s website, concierge, or dedicated booking engine. COCON Group accepts no liability for consumer bookings, cancellations, or payments made via our partners' direct channels.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
COCON Group is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our Website, including the proprietary software concepts, operational methodologies, brand assets, case studies, and content published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
